The Role: Youll join a busy conveyancing department, working closely with solicitors and clients to support a varied caseload of residential property transactions. Key Responsibilities: Managing your own caseload or assisting solicitors with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of titles

Drafting and preparing documents, including missives and conveyancing reports

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements

Supporting clients with excellent communication and care throughout the process
