Location: Can be office based but home working is also available.
Hours: Full time. 9am until 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary; £30,000 - £40,000+ Negotiable
Contract type: Permanent

Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join their successful Paraplanning team by providing daily Paraplanning support to the Financial Advisers and clients within the business.
Key Duties/Responsibilities/Person Specification:
* Providing high quality technical paraplanning support to the adviser team and Paraplanning Manager across all areas of financial advice
* Preparation of suitability letter and reports in line with Advice framework standards and compliance
* Research and analysis of financial products.
* Analysing clients circumstances, goals and objectives to match the desired outcome
* Accurately recording clients data and compliance
* Communication between client and adviser to ensure both parties are updated throughout the process.
* Working within desired timescales for completion of tasks
* Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards • Maintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days.
* Maintain technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role.
* Previous and proven successful experience in Paraplanning role is essential
* Diploma or working towards is desirable but not essential
* Genuine interest in Financial Services and paraplanning as a career
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Highly organised
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* IT Skills
* Always demonstrates a positive attitude
* Works well as an individual and as part of a large team
