Key Responsibilities: Preparing high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations Conducting detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection Supporting Financial Planners in developing tailored client strategies Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards Liaising with providers and internal teams to gather and verify client data Assisting with complex casework and technical queries Contributing to process improvements and technical projects where required What Were Looking For: Diploma qualified (Level 4 in Financial Planning or equivalent) Minimum 3 years experience in a Paraplanning role Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning Excellent report writing and analytical skills High attention to detail and commitment to compliance Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive and team-oriented mindset Desirable Skills: Progression towards Chartered status Experience working within a high-quality, client-focused advice firm Ability to manage complex cases independently Enthusiastic, empathetic, and motivated approach to work How to Apply: Interested?
