Job Description
Service Care Solutions are working with a nationwide financial advisory network to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to one of their offices in Somerset. This post will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and delivering exceptional service to the firm’s clients.

This a fantastic opportunity for growth and development as this position will act as a lead for the other Paraplanners in the team, providing real expertise to the firm. Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with Financial Planners to understand and document client goals.
Preparing detailed financial reports and conducting thorough research and analysis.
Liaising with product providers and maintaining accurate client records
Supporting pre-meeting preparation through data gathering and analysis
Analysis of client policies (incl. pensions, investments, protection) to review whether they are still aligned with their objectives.
Work closely with the financial adviser & admin team to follow cases through to completion in a timely manner
Preparation of client review letters and suitability reports for approval by the Financial Adviser and preparation of accompanying documentation as required.Candidate Criteria
Level 4 Diploma obtained (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent) or completing final exam/module
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Paraplanner role or similar in Financial Services
Experience of preparing suitability reports and pre-meeting documents for client cases
Understanding of pension schemes, retirement income strategies, and pension taxation.
