Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to appoint a skilled Paraplanner who is looking to develop their career within a professional and progressive environment. The Role In this position, you will manage client cases from start to finish, supporting advisers with technical research, financial planning analysis, and detailed report writing. You will be involved in a broad range of financial planning areas including: Pensions and retirement planning Investment planning Protection planning Inheritance tax and estate planning Pension transfers Cashflow modelling This is a technically focused role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing complex financial planning cases. Key Responsibilities Managing client cases from fact-find analysis through to suitability report completion Drafting detailed suitability reports across a range of financial advice areas Producing advanced cashflow modelling using tools such as Voyant, Cashcalc, and Intelliflo Conducting technical research using systems including FE Analytics, Defaqto, and Assureweb Working within Intelliflo CRM to manage and track client cases Ensuring files meet compliance and regulatory standards Liaising with advisers and administrators to ensure smooth case progression Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate Working with financial platforms including Aviva, Quilter, abrdn, Fidelity International, Transact, and AJ Bell About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential) Minimum 3 years' paraplanning experience Experience working within an independent financial advice environment (preferred) Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and retirement planning Confidence managing complex financial planning cases Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and collaborative approach to working with advisers and colleagues What's on Offer Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote Flexible working hours Genuine career progression opportunities (Senior Paraplanner, Operations, Team Leader) Exposure to complex and varied financial planning cases A supportive and collaborative working culture A modern business that values technical excellence without unnecessary hierarchy Market-leading wellness package How To Apply Apply today by sending a copy of your most recent CV to: for a confidential conversation about this opportunity.JBRP1_UKTJ
