An established wealth management and financial planning firm in London is seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join its high-performing, collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven financial professional looking to develop their career with full support for professional qualifications.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Paraplanner, you will provide essential technical and research support to the financial planning team while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service.Preparing reports, recommendation letters, and compliant advice documentsConducting technical calculations (Inheritance Tax, CGT, carry forward etc.)Creating and presenting cashflow models using Voyant softwareSupporting advisers with client meeting preparation and attending meetings where requiredProducing detailed file notes and identifying planning requirements for annual reviewsManaging client paperwork, research, and provider communicationsAssisting with compliance documentation and peer reviewing reportsSupporting trainee paraplanners and administrators, including client liaison and new business processingParticipating in weekly adviser meetings and monthly team reviewsContinuously developing knowledge via CPD and professional qualificationsSkills & Experience RequiredAt least 3 years’ experience within financial services, with 2 years in a dedicated paraplanner roleLevel 4 qualified (or working towards)Experience working with HNW private clients preferredStrong technical knowledge of financial planning, including tax calculations and complianceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial planning tools (Xplan, Voyant)Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail with a proactive, “can-do” approachProfessional discretion and sensitivity when working with client information, including vulnerable clients25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service up to 30 days)Auto-enrolment pension scheme (3% employer, 5% employee)Full support towards CII qualifications and trainingGroup Private Medical InsuranceDeath in Service coverDiscretionary bonus (every 6 months)Senioriry levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and AdministrativeLocation: London, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
