Part II Architectural Assistant

Job Description
A design led practice near Liverpool Street is looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join its growing team. This role requires proficiency in Revit and experience using it on a live UK residential project.
The practice is currently working on several large scale high rise UK housing schemes and you will play an active role in developing projects through technical delivery to completion. You will work closely with Project Leaders who can offer mentorship and support toward your Part III.
Please note this role is based full time in the office.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to concept, design development and technical stages for large scale housing projects
- Produce coordinated 3D and 2D information using Revit
- Support the team with planning documentation, detailed drawings and presentations
- Participate in internal reviews and contribute ideas confidently
- Assist with design research, material studies, and sustainable design strategies
- Liaise with consultants and contribute to the coordination of multi disciplinary teams
Skills and Experience
- Part II qualification
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience working on large scale UK residential or mixed use projects
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work well in a supportive team
- A positive, self motivated approach with strong attention to detail
- The right to live and work in the UK
