Are you an experienced Bookkeeper or Senior Bookkeeper with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in industry or practice, looking to work part time, 3 days a week? Are you looking to work for a creative / media business which carries out editing for high profile films and TV programmes? Do you have experience of Xero, and either experience or a strong interest working in the creative / media sector? Are you also looking to work for a firm which can be flexible with the number of days you work in the office? Based in Zone 1 Central London (City Location) and working in a firm of 25 staff, you will be the sole charge Bookkeeper at the firm and report directly into the external firm of accountants. Your Role will include: managing and recording all financial transactions of the business, journal entries, processing invoices, payment runs, maintaining the sales ledger and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, banking, managing staff expenses, credit control, giving payroll information to the accountants to process, ensuring all month end journals are posted and any other duties as required by the business.
