Job Title: Caretaker Location: Fulham Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Hours: Monday + Thursday + one other set day during the week (8 hours per week, 24hours total)

Do you take pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly? We're looking for a hands-on Caretaker to help maintain a large residential estate in Fulham. From outdoor upkeep to light maintenance, this is a key role where no two days are the same.

About the Site...

You'll be part of a respected management team caring for a well-established residential development. Residents value the high standards - and your role will help ensure that continues. Expect a mix of indoor and outdoor work, supporting everything from safety checks to resident queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep communal and outdoor areas clean and well-maintained (litter picking, jet washing, deep cleaning)

Move bins and manage site waste efficiently

Support with light maintenance tasks (training provided)

Complete regular risk and compliance checks (fire alarm testing, water flushing, etc.)

Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams

Log tasks and updates using internal system
