Part Time Corporate Finance role (M&A) Hours: 20 + per week Location: Remote (UK based as required to visit clients) We are currently recruiting a rare part time, Corporate Finance specialist position, which will be remotely based (UK only). Joining four experienced practitioners (an ex-partner and senior leader, 2 associate/managers), we are looking for someone who is keen to take on new challenges, is commercially minded and passionate about delivering results, but wants some flexibility! Description The role will be based remotely from home, however will potentially involve travel to meet clients in the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire/South Wales area. This requires a hands-on individual, with a passion for business, with exposure to managing or supporting on acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, along with fund raising for clients across all sectors (all levels of experience welcome to apply from junior though to senior). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of deals, in a small team, with a strong pipeline.
