SRVC is looking for an experienced and hands on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part time basis, working 2 to 3 days per week from our London office.


We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of our e commerce channel and digital growth activity. This person needs to be able to manage, build and improve the Shopify site directly, not just oversee it. They should be confident handling the day to day running of the website, launching new collections, improving performance, solving issues independently, and driving online sales.

The role is suited to someone with strong experience across Shopify, CRM, SEO, digital marketing and online trading, who is comfortable working in a fast paced fashion environment and taking a practical, proactive approach.


Key responsibilities

• Own the day to day management of SRVC’s e commerce channel

• Manage and develop the Shopify website directly, including making updates, building pages and implementing improvements without external developer support

• Upload new collections, product launches, product pages and content updates

• Identify and fix site issues independently

• Lead web merchandising and ensure the site is visually strong, commercially effective and up to date

• Improve the customer journey and user experience across the site

• Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email campaigns, segmentation, customer targeting and automated flows

• Assess and potentially implement Klaviyo or a similar CRM platform

• Lead SEO improvements across the website to support organic growth

• Manage digital marketing activity across paid and owned channels to support customer acquisition, conversion and retention

• Own the e commerce calendar across launches, seasonal drops, product focuses, promotional activity and events

• Review site performance and identify commercial and technical opportunities for improvement

• Work closely with the wider team across marketing, logistics, finance and product

• Deliver competitor and market analysis, including new tools, technologies and AI applications that could benefit the business

• Develop new creative and commercial opportunities to drive online growth for SRVC


Requirements

• Proven experience in an e commerce and digital marketing role within fashion, luxury or premium consumer brand

• Strong hands on experience with Shopify and confidence using it at an advanced level

• Able to build, update and improve Shopify sites directly without relying on developers

• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

• Good understanding of SEO and site optimisation

• Experience managing digital marketing activity, including paid channels

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online trading

• Proactive, practical and highly organised

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a small team
