Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Finance Assistant for a well-established professional services firm in Birmingham. This is a hands-on, office-based role providing support to the finance team, ideal for experienced finance professionals looking for flexible, part-time work.

Part Time Finance Assistant Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer and supplier ledgers Accurately process and record sales and purchase invoices Reconcile payments and match incoming remittances Assist with credit control and chasing overdue payments Support the finance team with general bookkeeping and reporting tasksThe ideal candidate will have:

MUST HAVE previous finance/bookkeeping experience Proficiency with SAGE or other accounting software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time-management skills A proactive approach and reliable work ethicIf you have solid bookkeeping experience and are looking for a part time, office-based support role, we'd love to hear from you!
