We’re partnering with a fast growing international beauty brand who are ready to welcome their very first HR Business Partner for 3 days a week. FTE salary £55-65k + bonus + benefits.

This is such a brilliant role for an experienced, commercial and pragmatic HRBP who loves the pace of retail and the creativity of a growing global business. If you enjoy bringing structure to scaling teams, shaping people practices and getting involved in org design, you’ll feel completely at home here. You’ll report into a warm, people led CFO and support a team of around 65 employees across London, Ireland, New York, Melbourne and Hong Kong. As the business expands, this position has huge potential to grow, so we’re looking for someone who is open to increasing hours in the future but right now, staying connected across the week is really important.
