Part Time Legal Administrator (Hybrid)

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient, organised and personable Legal Secretary to work within our Banchory office. Prepare and processing legal documentation and forms, using databases where applicable.
Undertake audio and copy typing.
Cash work and production of accounts and fees.
Carry out general administration and reception duties, and assist other Property Administrators with property enquiries, booking valuations, property “take on’s” and viewings, as well as any other ad hoc duty as required.
Full or Part Time hours available
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Strong organisational, administrative and above average typing skills.
A good local knowledge and strong work ethic.
An HND in Legal Services or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary.
