This L500 ranked West End firm are seeking to hire an Employment Property Partner.
You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality employment work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave. You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development.
Employment contracts, TUPE, workplace disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, redundancy, employee rights, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and compliance with labour laws.
Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
