We do this by providing products and services which allow our clients to efficiently collect reconcile and disburse funds instantly via a range of payment schemes accounts and card products fully controllable via API.Find out more about us on our website and careers site.What You’ll DoModulr’s regulated e‑money accounts and payment services can be delivered to customers through Partners under Modulr’s regulated Partners embed the services into their own products and Modulr outsources various critical activities to them. The Partner Oversight team is responsible for ensuring that partners operate in alignment with Modulr’s standards and regulatory obligations while safeguarding the integrity of outsourced controls and overall business viability.The role will be well suited to individuals who enjoy being client‑facing analysing and managing a broad range of risks are deeply curious enjoy learning and a high degree of variety within their role.Owning a portfolio of Partners having a deep understanding of the their business model use of Modulr’s products and services and how those come together to fit within the regulatory framework and what risks exist as a result.Carrying out day‑to‑day activities in line with the Partner Oversight Framework with the objective of managing risk for Modulr and working with Partners to ensure they reach successful Compliance outcomes.Liaising directly with Partners through scheduled engagement to maintain and develop the relationship.Actioning requests from Partners to grow and develop their business with Modulr’s support.Identifying and proposing opportunities for continuous improvement in the Partner Oversight function for example through training tooling and improved processes.Working with internal teams to maintain a strong control environment and deliver a co‑ordinated experience for our Partners. Act as a central contact for Compliance matters in relation to the Partner and a source of expertise on the activities of the Partner where required.Engaging in training and quality assurance activities across the team.
