Job Description
A well-established UK law firm is seeking to appoint a Partner to join its Property Disputes team in London. This is a strategic opportunity for a senior lawyer to play a key role in the continued growth and development of a high-performing real estate litigation practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years’ post-qualification experience in property litigation, with a strong background in commercial landlord and tenant disputes, rights of light, party wall matters, and leasehold enfranchisement. You will be expected to lead on complex cases, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to the strategic direction of the team.
This role requires a confident business developer with a demonstrable ability to convert opportunities into revenue. Candidates should bring a small but credible client following or network, along with a clear business plan to support future growth. Strong client management skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential.
You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, known for its technical expertise and pragmatic approach. The firm offers a supportive and inclusive culture, with a clear framework for career progression and leadership development.
