Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Self-Employed Broker partnering with SECOMBE LIMITED. In this role, the Broker will manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate property sales and lettings, and oversee refurbishment and property management processes. Responsibilities lead generation and new business development through leaflets, targeted marking and social media campaigns, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers or tenants. Qualifications

Experience in Property Sales, Lettings, and Property Management Proficiency in marketing strategies, customer service, and relationship management Business development and negotiation skills to build and maintain client portfolios Knowledge of the property sector including management of refurbishments Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently in a remote environment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience within the real estate market is highly advantageous Proficiency with property-related software and CRM systems is beneficial
