Base Salary - £250k+, £1mil+ OTE

I am currently representing a leading UK Executive Search firm, entirely specialised across the Private Equity and Financial Services space.

At present, they dominate the FS Executive Search market , also operational across Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Management. Sat at 50+ heads, they close 750+ retained searches on an annual basis due to their exceptional methodology: market expertise + specialism, high quality delivery and well established network/relationships. Average Partner billings are £1.7mil+

They are looking to take the firm to new heights, developing even deeper roots across established markets alongside developing new markets.

CFO

CTO

Insurance

Hedge Funds

Fintech

Interim

Exciting Growth Areas:

Head of Contract / Head of Interim Opportunity, ideally within PE

• Inherit 20-30 contractors currently out (VP level +)
• Build a Contract practice of your own
• LT Goal: Grow out a 10 head division

Experienced Partners across new markets

• I.e. Fintech, Consumer, Industrial etc.
• Using their model, methodologies and resources to build an entirely new unit.

- Having built a team with average performance of £1.7mil and a team of 50 currently placing over 750 executives annually - they are confident they can replicate this success.

- Deep rooted networks and clients across PE/VC to piggy back on to.

Package:

£250k+ Base Salary

OTE - £1mil+ (65% commission structure)

Strong Billing background; £700k+ annual billings
