Role Overview:
Trigon Recruitment are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Integration Co-ordinator to join a well-established national training provider based in Daventry. Through proactive community, employer, and stakeholder engagement, you will champion the values of the Connect to Work programme and the wider employment and skills services offered, inspiring individuals to enrol and actively participate.
As a pivotal figure in promoting participation and supporting progression into sustainable employment, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, generating referrals, supporting client integration into services, and identifying employment opportunities. You will play a key role in developing relationships with community organisations, employers, and support agencies to increase programme starts, enhance the client journey, and ensure positive outcomes. xbpsjku
By maintaining strong external partnerships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing management with clear insight into referral and employment activity, you will contribute directly to programme growth and success.
