Role Overview:

Trigon Recruitment are looking for an experienced Partnerships & Integration Co-ordinator to join a well-established national training provider based in Daventry. Through proactive community, employer, and stakeholder engagement, you will champion the values of the Connect to Work programme and the wider employment and skills services offered, inspiring individuals to enrol and actively participate.
As a pivotal figure in promoting participation and supporting progression into sustainable employment, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships, generating referrals, supporting client integration into services, and identifying employment opportunities. You will play a key role in developing relationships with community organisations, employers, and support agencies to increase programme starts, enhance the client journey, and ensure positive outcomes.
By maintaining strong external partnerships, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and providing management with clear insight into referral and employment activity, you will contribute directly to programme growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, employers, community organisations, and networks to support the growth and success of the Connect to Work programme
Promote programme opportunities through outreach, events, networking, and information sessions to increase referrals and starts
Deliver effective information, advice, and guidance to potential clients on available employment, training, and support opportunities
Engage proactively with clients, employers, Jobcentre Plus, health services, social care, voluntary sector organisations, and other partners
Manage learner referral information accurately, ensuring timely communication with relevant internal teams
Respond promptly to referral enquiries and support clients through the onboarding and integration process
Meet monthly targets relating to referrals, programme starts, and employment outcomes
Build and manage relationships with employers to identify vacancies and progression opportunities for clients
Organise and support job fairs, employer engagement events, and recruitment activities
Maintain knowledge of the local labour market to identify opportunities for clients and employers
Support clients with job search, employability skills, and positive behaviours linked to sustainable employment
Identify additional support needs and signpost clients to appropriate internal or external services
Develop and implement engagement strategies to encourage attendance, participation, and completion
Collect feedback from stakeholders and clients to support continuous improvement
Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote programmes and success stories
Ensure all safeguarding, data protection, equality, and health & safety policies are followed
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on referral generation, engagement activity, and outcomes
Represent the organisation professionally at all times and promote a positive image
Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications and Training:
GCSE grade A–C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
IT qualification or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification or equivalent
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
IEP / Employability / Health & Safety / First Aid qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in stakeholder, employer, or community engagement
Experience of meeting performance targets in a results-driven environment
Experience of working in employment services, training, recruitment, or skills provision
Experience working with unemployed or disadvantaged client groups
Experience working with partners such as:
Jobcentre Plus
Health services and mental health teams
Social care providers
Voluntary and community organisations
Housing associations and charities
Criminal justice or rehabilitation services
Education or training providers

Knowledge:
Understanding of local labour market needs and employment opportunities
Understanding of barriers to employment and strategies to overcome them
Awareness of safeguarding requirements for young people and vulnerable adults
Knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles
Understanding of safe and healthy working practices
Knowledge of DWP, ESFA, or similar funded provision
Skills:
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability to motivate and engage individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Ability to work to targets in a performance-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
