Partnerships Account Manager
Location: Blackpool (on-site) Salary: £28,000 to £35,000
Axon Moore is partnering with a fast growing, design led business to recruit a Partnerships Account Manager to join their partnerships team.
This is a client facing, relationship led role where you will act as the primary point of contact for high end media partners. You will take ownership of communication end to end, ensuring each publication is delivered smoothly, on time and to an exceptional standard.
You will work closely with internal production, design and commercial teams to coordinate delivery and maintain a seamless experience for clients.
The Opportunity
This role is central to maintaining and developing long term relationships with premium international partners. You will guide clients through the full production process, from onboarding through to delivery, while ensuring all expectations are managed and met.

What You Will Be Doing
Acting as the day to day relationship owner for assigned partners Managing client communication via email, phone and video calls in a confident and professional manner Guiding partners through the full production process from onboarding to print delivery Requesting, organising and reviewing editorial content, imagery and brand assets Ensuring all submitted materials meet agreed quality standards and brand guidelines Keeping clients updated on production milestones, timelines and next steps Managing regular follow ups and check ins to keep projects on track Working closely with internal production and design teams to ensure alignment Maintaining accurate CRM records and internal system updates Coordinating sample deliveries or small export shipments where required Building strong long term relationships that support renewal and repeat business About You
Strong client facing communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders Experience in account management, client services or partnerships is beneficial Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering a high quality client experience Comfortable working with international clients and different time zones An interest in luxury brands, media, hospitality or real estate Professionalism, reliability and strong relationship building skills are most important.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Office based in Blackpool Occasional flexibility required for early evening calls (typically 7pm to 8pm UK time) due to international clients - this is not a daily requirement What’s on Offer
