Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a head office location of a market leading brand has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator to join them. You will provide after care support to UK & Ireland customer:
Receiving high volume part enquiries via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service when acknowledging enquiry Diagnosing part requirement, preparing quotation on in-house CRM system, distribution quotations to customers via email in a timely manner Receiving order confirmation from customer, and processing order, allocating stock, liaising internally with technical team for niche part requirements, ordering from suppliers Advising customers of ETA, and updating if any delays are foreseen All administration duties related to the role, providing administration support to other areas of the department when required
We would expect the successful Parts Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator, have a positive proactive approach to high volume work loads, have a friendly confident telephone manner.
