Bexhill-on-Sea Area

A well-established main dealership in the Bexhill-on-Sea area is looking to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced aftersales department.

This is a strong opportunity for an individual with parts experience to join a reputable environment offering long-term stability, a competitive bonus structure, and excellent staff benefits across both brands within the group.

Responsibilities

* Serving retail, trade, and workshop customers with parts enquiries

* Identifying and supplying correct parts efficiently and accurately

* Processing orders, invoices, and returns in line with dealership procedures

* Maintaining stock control and assisting with inventory management

* Supporting the workshop with timely parts availability to ensure smooth workflow

* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements

* Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven environment

* Good IT literacy and attention to detail

* A team-focused approach with a proactive attitude

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary: £28,535 for Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

* Saturday rota: typically 1 in 2, 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid at 1.5x rate)

* Bonus scheme: Department profit share across both brands

* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
