Driving equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging across Citygate is a continued key focus for 2024.Key responsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will be to:Process requests / orders for spare partsRaise invoices and receive payment for partsProcess special orders and to communicate on lead time, actual delivery and price with the customer / department concernedBook parts out of stockCarry out administrative tasks relating to stock movement and salesSell partsUndertake regular stock takesUndertake housekeeping and other duties relating to health and safety policyDeliver spare parts as requiredUnload and load parts and move parts to required locationsAttend meetings and training programmes as requiredMaintain an awareness of stock securitySecure and label all warranty partsReturn parts in accordance with manufacturer instructionsPerform other duties in support of other team members as requiredWhats in it for you?With our benefits there is something good for everyone.
