We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to work out of our busy Depot in Wrotham, Kent.

The role has a basic annual salary of between £28,450.00 per annum and also comes with a monthy KPI bonus and commission opportunities.

A parts advsior can aim for an annual OTE of £30,500.00 plus, if they can achieve the monthly targets set and up sell to obtain commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer all incoming both internal and external telephone calls and take ownership of those calls.

* To promptly deal with customer orders received over the trade counter or via post, telephone or sales staff.

* Deal with online enquires and orders.

* To suggest appropriate product alternatives if applicable and to take advantage of all add on selling opportunities to maximise sales and profit whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and confidence.

* To be highly proactive in cultivating and achieving additional telephone sales, particularly during quiet periods.
