Take full control of the parts and warranty department as a Parts and Warranty Manager, managing daily operations with confidence Oversee parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimised and costs are managed effectively Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers Maintain detailed records related to warranty claims, parts orders, and stock movements Implement and improve departmental procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Provide leadership, support, and development opportunities to team members Stay updated with manufacturer warranty policies and dealership procedures, ensuring compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentRequirements:
