Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the parts department
Maintain accurate stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Ensure manufacturer standards and processes are upheld
Support workshop and service teams with timely and efficient parts supply
Deliver outstanding customer and internal service levels
Drive department profitability and KPI achievement

Proven experience as a Parts Manager within a franchised dealership
Strong knowledge of parts operations, stock systems, and OEM processes
