Job Description We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join the team at our Lincoln branch.\n\nBenefits include:\n\n * Competitive salary dependent on experience.\n\n * Holidays from 20 working days plus all bank holidays, increased in line with service.\n\n * Monthly and Yearly Sales bonuses available.\n\n * Monthly and Yearly Promotional incentives.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Working on the front counter. Answering inbound calls and serving both the retail and trade.\n\n * Building long-term rapport with local customers.\n\n * Actively promote offers & customer incentives.\n\n * Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.\n\nWe are looking for someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade. However, if you have a good understanding of cars & the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.\n\nYou should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of service.
