Job Role As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting customers with their parts needs, ranging from spares to accessories. You will ensure the smooth operation of the parts department by providing excellent customer service, accurate parts identification and efficient stock management. Customer Service: Advise customers on required vehicle parts via telephone, email and face-to-face. Parts Identification: Accurately identify parts using Electronic Parts Catalogues and Dealer Management Systems. Stock Management: Check stock availability, pick parts from the warehouse and manage stock levels.
