Responsibilities Managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, statements and correspondence Handling finance-related queries from internal teams and suppliers Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently Data Entry Preparing weekly payment run and verifying payments using online banking and allocating payments Supporting month-end procedures Support the Management Accountant and contribute to the efficient operation of the finance function Supporting additional finance and administrative tasks as needed, including sales ledger processing and credit control The Ideal Candidate 2-3 years' experience in a similar role Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills Proficient in financial accounting software, preferably SAGE Experience in payroll processing (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, be flexible and work as part of a team Benefits Flexible working hours (to be agreed) Competitive Salary Free on-site parking Modern offices with breakout rooms & additional facilities Opportunity for career development
