Academics is working with a network of secondary schools across Stoke-on-Trent seeking enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Cover Supervisors to deliver pre-prepared lessons on a flexible, part-time, ad-hoc basis to suit your schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those experienced in working with young people.

The Role:

Supervise KS3-KS4 classes and deliver set work
Maintain a calm, focused classroom environment
Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies
Support students and provide basic feedback to staffWhat We're Looking For:

Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
At least 2 months' UK experience working with young people
Positive behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Knowledgable on safeguarding and policies
Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)Why Register with Academics?

Daily rates of £95-£100, paid weekly (dependent on experience & client rate)

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
