Responsibilities will include:Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting accounts processesProcessing supplier invoices and paymentsAssisting with school fee billing, including trips, clubs and extrasManaging Direct Debit and income recordsSupporting reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cashAssisting with payroll administration and staff expensesHandling financial queries from parents, staff and suppliersSupporting audits and budget monitoringAbout You:Were looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with financial data. Youll ideally have:Previous experience in a finance and accounts roleStrong numerical skills and excellent attention to detailGood IT skills, including Excel or similar systemsThe ability to manage workload and meet deadlinesA professional and discreet approach when handling sensitive informationExperience in a school or education setting, or working towards an AAT qualification, would be advantageous but not essential.Additional InformationThis is a term-time only position, with salary paid evenly across the year.
