Key Responsibilities Act as Data Protection Officer , ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Review and advise on commercial and contractual documentation Maintain statutory records, corporate registers, and the electronic data room File annual returns and statutory updates with Companies House Advise directors on governance, statutory duties, and corporate compliance Support share scheme administration and oversee company insurance renewals About You
