3-month Interim Senior Legal Counsel (potential to perm)

Starting April

Approx. 2 days per week

Fully remote


I’m working with a growing UK business undergoing a key phase of development, looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join on an interim basis.


This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Legal as they shape and build out the legal function, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, evolving environment.


The Role:

  • 3-month contract (potential to perm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on a range of commercial contracts
  • Supporting on public procurement and framework agreements
  • Working on contracts involving public sector / regulated environments
  • Providing practical, business-focused legal support
  • Managerial position


About You:

  • Strong background in commercial contracts
  • Experience with public procurement / framework agreements
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a lean legal team
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring junior team members
