Must have SEN experience and the willingness to ensure the student's needs are met during their journey to and from school. Duties: Ensuring the students have a safe journey to and from school. Correctly handling wheelchairs to ensure they are secure. Communicating with the driver Communicating with parents at drop-off and pickup Position does not include driving Required: Always acting compassionately Working calmly Remain professional in all situations Must drive due to the location of the depot 0 hour contract You will be given full wheelchair training, driver assessment and route training.
