Passive Fire And Fire Door Project Manager

Our client is a fast-growing specialist contractor delivering fire safety, compliance and refurbishment projects across residential and public-sector housing. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of multiple live projects.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget, while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations and third-party accreditation standards. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are met
• Lead and coordinate site teams, supervisors and subcontractors to drive performance and productivity
• Oversee site set-up, logistics, procurement and resource planning
• Ensure all works meet required compliance standards, including passive fire protection and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, produce reports and provide regular updates to clients and senior management
• Attend and lead pre-start, progress and client meetings
• Manage risk, resolve issues efficiently and maintain programme continuity
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented, including RAMS, inductions and audits
• Maintain strong client relationships and support resident liaison where required

Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering projects within fire safety, refurbishment or social housing sectors
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and programmes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, site teams and residents
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Proactive, resilient and quality-driven approach
