The Role As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing and ensuring a positive school environment. You will: Provide pastoral support to students across the school. Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address barriers to learning. Monitor attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding concerns. Implement strategies to improve student engagement and achievement.

What You'll Need Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role within a school setting. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting young people. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
