Academics are working alongside an inclusive primary school in Slough seeking a Pastoral & SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide emotional and pastoral support to pupils who benefit from additional care and encouragement. What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pastoral check-ins and SEMH mentoring sessions * Supporting pupils struggling with emotional or social challenges * Working closely with the SENCo, safeguarding leads, and class teachers * Promoting positive relationships and emotional well-being * Contributing to a caring and inclusive school cultureWho We're Looking For:
