Our open Pastry department is part of the experience at Eataly, this is a role where guest interaction is frequent. We create a variety of tarts, bignes, cakes, gelato, bespoke cakes, croissants and much more, all made with high-quality and fresh ingredients, and served in our caf and in the restaurants. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING... Participates in the production of all pastry items for Eatalys counters and restaurants. Prepares pastries, tiramisu, cannoli, cookies, croissants, gelato, and other Italian desserts. To ensure that the kitchen area is cleaned throughout the day. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working as a Pastry Commis Chef or Chef de Partie. Shifts for this role will fall between 5.30 am and 9.00 pm. To be considered for this role, you must be available flexibly between these times.
