We are currently looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for a 5 star hotel located in Ascot. As Pastry Chef you will work within the pastry team creating exciting desserts, afternoon teas and sweet treats for the hotels various outlets.

The Person The Pastry Chef have: Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation. Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs Have the confidence to create and be innovative Leadership skills Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
