The role As a senior Pastry chef de partie you will run the pastry section, you will ensure pastry runs smoothly, prepare the prep list for the teams and ensure pastry runs smoothly. This role includes all the standard senior / lead pastry chef duties
Experience We are looking for a lead pastry chef / senior pastry chef de partie with a pastry and fresh pastry background, you will be organised and have a good all round knowledge.
