Located just outside of London, the kitchen draws direct inspiration from its surroundings, sourcing much of its produce from an on-site bio dynamic market garden and farm. Chefs regularly tour the grounds to stay connected with the rhythms of the seasons and the ingredients they work with. From fragrant herbal ice creams to sourdough bread and fresh-baked breakfast pastries, the focus here is on quality, care, and creativity.
