We are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a talented and passionate Afternoon Tea Pastry Chef to join our team in Bourne End.

This is a unique chance to take the lead in launching and developing our new afternoon tea service, working closely under the guidance of our Head Chef.

The Role

As our Afternoon Tea Pastry Chef, you will:

  • Head up and shape our afternoon tea offering from the ground up
  • Create high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and sweet treats
  • Bring creativity and consistency to menu development
  • Ensure exceptional presentation and taste standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in bread and cake making (essential)
  • Passion for patisserie and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
  • A creative mindset with a desire to innovate
