The Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic pastry brigade of nearly 20 talented pastry chefs and bakers . This role is ideal for a skilled pastry professional looking to further develop their craft within a luxury hotel environment. As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the senior pastry chefs in the preparation and delivery of exceptional pastries, desserts, and bakery items, while also taking ownership of specific tasks and sections. You will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest quality standards across all outlets.
