They are now looking for a talented Pastry Senior Chef De Partie to join their close-knit team of 8, creating refined, ingredient-led desserts that reflect the rhythm of its surrounding landscape.

Responsibilities as a Pastry Senior Chef De Partie
Crafting elegant, seasonal desserts inspired by produce grown and harvested on site
Working closely with a dedicated pastry team of 8, contributing ideas and maintaining exceptional standards
Supporting the development of new menus that celebrate natural flavours and thoughtful presentation
Maintaining precision and consistency across all pastry sections
