As a Pastry Senior Chef de Partie at Ham Yard Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team, contributing to the creation of exquisite dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision and flair, ensuring every plate meets our exacting standards. Lead and inspire a small team of chefs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory within your section to ensure efficient operation. Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Maintain an organised and clean workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Effectively communicate with your team and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the table, enhancing our culinary offerings. What you Need: Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding dishes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to supervise and motivate a small team. Competence in managing stock and ordering within your section. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
