Achieve new business goals and annual sales targets by identifying prospects, developing approaches, and supporting calling plans with prospective clients. Build and manage a pipeline of potential new business wins, documenting status and assumptions throughout the sales process, and delivering regular reports to senior management. Maximize profitability with clients through appropriate pricing, product extensions, and cross‑selling other JPM products. Conduct compelling financial and market analysis to support new business proposals and ad hoc project work. Manage client onboarding processes, including compliance deep dives, KYC/AML responsibilities, and renewals, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reports. Implement and support ongoing client strategies, coordinating cross‑sell opportunities with other parts of the bank. Raise and manage resolution of business issues related to risk, legal, and compliance, escalating as needed. Partner across J.P. Morgan to optimize product and service delivery, working effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in Financial Services Sales, Transaction Banking, or Cash Management, with a focus on payments services. Demonstrated ability to develop and deepen client relationships, including senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, disciplined approach, and ability to handle multiple priorities and act with initiative. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities. Ability to manage risk dynamics and implement balanced risk/reward relationships, supporting team and client objectives. Experience working across cultures with internal teams and external clients. Ambitious, driven, and detail‑oriented with a focus on delivery and execution. Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in Fintech or Banking sector or with Fintech clients. Knowledge of global payments and treasury products. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
