Lynx Recruitment are looking for an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect to join a major payments transformation programme. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the target architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and securing approval through the relevant design authority. Key Responsibilities: Lead and define the target architecture and solution design for system changes identified during discovery.

Review and validate the proposed approach for evolving the Payment Services Domain to meet programme objectives.

Assess current state architecture and define transition states, covering the full end-to-end omnichannel experienceincluding Payment Gateway, Acquirer, Tokenisation, and Fraud Management.

Propose strategies for managing payment tokens during transition, including the adoption of network tokens in line with evolving industry standards.

Provide architectural input to the supplier selection process (RFP stage), advising on technology and integration considerations.

Ensure alignment with architectural principles through engagement with the design authority and technical leadership.

Identify and process key design decisions via the appropriate governance channels.
