Marks Sattin are delighted to be working along an excellent oragnisation who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the business on a 6 months FTC basis.

\nResponsiblities
\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
\n\n
- \n\t
- Support the Payroll Supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met. \n\t
- Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and escalations from managers and employees. \n\t
- Share knowledge and provide ongoing training and support to team members. \n\t
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and pensions. \n\t
- Lead process reviews to identify and implement more efficient ways of working. \n\t
- Serve as a process expert for relevant payrolls across the team. \n\t
- Take ownership of processing and finalising monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules. \n

\nExperience

- Minimum 2 years' payroll experience \n\t
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. \n\t
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. \n\t
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines. \n\t
- High level of integrity and confidentiality. \n\t
- Experience supporting new technologies and system changes. \n
